Webpreneur Academy Terms and Conditons

Students of services provided by Webpreneur Academy must accept the terms and conditions set out below:

     - You accept that all knowledge is to be used with your own caution.  Nothing works for everyone and you must use your own judgement in the implementation of the knowledge.

     - You accept that Webpreneur Academy in no way guarantees that the knowledge it provides will lead to income for yourself - especially if you do not take any action steps to implement what you have learned.

     - You accept that there is no "get rich quick" schemes and in order to earn an income for yourself you must put in the time and effort.  Webpreneur is providing you with some tools and knowledge but you have to put in the work in order to succeed.

Refund Policy

Once you are registered there are no refunds for the course.  Please limit your risk by only signing up for what you can afford.  

Affiliates 

You may not spam or advertise in areas or sections of websites that breach the rules of the displaying site. Doing so will result in the link being reported.

Websites or areas that are not appropriate for teenagers can not advertise or become affiliates of Webpreneur Academy.  These include firearms, tobacco, adult sites or content inciting hatred of any kind.

Spamming people (i.e. sending unsolicited emails) will disqualify you from receiving any commissions.

Affiliates are not allowed to defame Webpreneur Academy in any way - any negative publicity that might lead to damaging the webpreneur brand will lead to your affiliate commissions being terminated.

Delivery of Services

Immediately upon successful payment you will receive an automated receipt from our systems. Please print an retain a copy of this and retain in a safe place for future reference.

Your unique customer username will be on this receipt and should be used for an enquires to Webpreneur Academy.

Copyright & Intellectual Property Protection

All courses are strickly copyright of Webpreneur Academy.  You are not allowed to redistribute or share with public.  Please respect the intellectual copyright of Webpreneur Academy.

If you believe that Webpreneur Academy has infringed on your copyright for any reason please let us know and we will rectify it.

Privacy

Webpreneur Academy will not provide names, addresses, telephone numbers, email addresses, or other personally identifiable information on any Subscriber to any third party without prior permission from that Subscriber, or as required under an appropriate court or administrative directive, including a facially valid subpoena, or as necessary to render the Service. Webpreneur Academy may provide aggregate data on Subscribers to third parties in the operation of Webpreneur Academy business.

Amendments

These Terms and Policies may be amended in any respect at any time by  Webpreneur Academy upon the posting of the amended Terms and Policies on the terms of use section of the Service. Your continued use of the Service will be deemed consent to any such amended Terms and Policies. If you do not wish to continue to use the Service as a result of any such amended Terms and Policies, you may provide notice of your wish to terminate your use of the Service to Webpreneur Academy.
